• CutRateDiamonds.com will not guarantee a reserved diamond for a particular
customer
for
more
than
48 hours without a down payment.
• All diamonds may be returned together with its original certificate within
30
days
of the receipt of your Diamond for
a
full
refund on the cost of the stone. You may return stock CutRateDiamonds.com
merchandise in its original condition within 30 days of the receipt of your Diamond. Once a diamond has been set by a third party jeweler the return policy will no longer be in effect.
Custom
Orders are final sales. Modified or altered items are not refundable. However,
we do guarantee the quality of our custom work and you may send
the custom items within 30 days of the receipt of your order to perform minor improvements only
if
needed.
This
warranty
does
not, however, apply to items subjected to excessive wear, abuse, or physical
damage whether accidental or otherwise. Diamonds will not be accepted back unless
prior authorization has been given. A refund will be issued only upon CutRateDiamonds.com
inspection and approval of the returned items. Shipping
and handling costs are not refundable.
• CutRateDiamonds.com processes orders in the order in which they are recieved.
Items
that
are
in
stock
will
be
shipped
within
48
hours
of
receipt
of payment. Usually they are shipped on the same day. Orders
which require setting
of a diamond may require additional time, which is typically
3-5 business days from date of payment.
CutRateDiamonds.com uses Federal Express, UPS or the U.S. Postal Service; all
shipments require a signature. Most deliveries are limited
to
the
United States,
and will not be made to P.O. Boxes. Merchandise will
be shipped to the billing address on file with your credit
card
company. If shipment
is to be made to another address, the customer will need to
advise his credit card company of the alternate address.
• If at any time you would like to upgrade your diamond, we
will be happy to accommodate you Subject to market fluctuation. Please call us to discuss the policy on the particular stone of interest.
• All Loose Diamonds come with
proper certification. CutRateDiamonds.com provides the
finest
quality diamonds available. Therefore, the diamond Grading Certificate from the
Gemological Institute of America (GIA), European Gemological Laboratory (EGL),
or
the American Gem Society (AGS) will
accompany our
loose diamond
inventory. These
laboratories are recognized around the world as the most respected diamond graders.
By
supplying Lab Certificates, Appraisals and/or Grading Certificates from GIA,
EGL
and/or AGS for its merchandise, CutRateDiamonds.com accepts and supports such
documents
exclusively,
as proof of identity and quality of corresponding merchandise. In the event that
the customer wishes to have merchandise examined by another laboratory, grading
entity or jeweler, CutRateDiamonds.com
does not accept any responsibility for those results which will
simply serve as the customer’s
reference items.
• CutRateDiamonds.com reserves the right to update, modify or
change any information contained on this web site at any time at
our sole discretion and without advanced notice. Examples may include modifications
